The above shows a Procurement plan for Rice and Exercise books. REFLECTION  When I prepared the Procurement plan and approved by the BOM ,there was order in spending of funds and value for money was realised.Only budgeted items on the Procurement plan were purchased.Procurement policies and guidelines were followed to the latter.Transparency and accountability was achieved.
