Prepare a procurement plan for two essential items: Rice and exercise books detailing each stage of the procurement process up to  approval of the plan by the School Board of Management (BOM).


The above shows a Procurement plan for Rice and Exercise books.
REFLECTION 
When I prepared the Procurement plan and approved by the BOM ,there was order in spending of funds and value for money was realised.Only budgeted items on the Procurement plan were purchased.Procurement policies and guidelines were followed to the latter.Transparency and accountability was achieved.

I was conduct a Grade 5 C.R.E lesson about the baptism of Jesus in  the River Jordon. I showed the  learners a video clip on the events. This is me showcase my leadership in ICT. Reflection  The above photos show teachers in class engaging learners on ICT lessons. This has motivated learners in class Teachers also use the IT forum to teach and achieve their objectives.
