Prepare a one month psychosocial support plan for learners and staff in the school indicating the roles of school leader in the plan.

The above are minutes of the junior staff discussing the Psycho-social plan.

The above is a letter written to the school leader by the DHOI stating his roles in the running of the Psycho-social program.

Reflection 
After doing all these processes,the following was noted in the school.
1.a slight performance of exams has been noted from the students 
2.most teachers  and students are motivated 
3.there is team work noted among teachers and students

I was conduct a Grade 5 C.R.E lesson about the baptism of Jesus in  the River Jordon. I showed the  learners a video clip on the events. This is me showcase my leadership in ICT. Reflection  The above photos show teachers in class engaging learners on ICT lessons. This has motivated learners in class Teachers also use the IT forum to teach and achieve their objectives.
